Final four miles in 47 minutes 36 seconds, averaged 1 minute 59 seconds per lap or 11 ,1 minute 59 seconds per mile. It was a nice morning walk. Started out late because the hot water heater broke down and flooded part of the unit. Despite the inconvenience the walk was nice. Th sun rise was spectacular over the Sierras, the smog and haze created a dramatic background for the sun Rise. It was a bright orange sphere amid a cloud less morning sky. Finished walking at 8:30 AM. Stretched until 8:50 AM. Went back to the unit to dry up and changed my t shirt. Had a couple of donuts and hot water with some nuts. Went to sewing room to issue some jackets to inmates and hemmed some pants. Unfortunately no Yoga practice this morning. Showered at 10:00 AM, changed to BOP uniform. Lunch was served at 10:15 AM. She started the van remotely and it shuts off in 10 minutes. Weather is cold in the Bay Area and the air quality is bad because of the wildfire. She told Geok and Siew Eng, I received their cards. Siew Eng is flying home today from KL. She like my class report on Neuroscience and hope I can better understand her, now that I have learn about Neuroscience. She is busy working to build up her inventory for Christmas shows.
