9/6/2023 Wednesday Daily Diary from Atwater Camp.
Woke up at 5:10 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee and watched the local news and weather channel, high temperature for today is 88 Degrees F. Started first load of laundry at 5:30 AM. Started walking at 5:55 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:10 AM. Breakfast menu: Cereal, muffin, apple and punch.
Plan for today:
- Call Doris.
- Email Daily Diary for 9/5/2023.
- Walk 6 Miles.
- ACE Classes – Warehouse safety 4-4:30 PM, Hubble Space 5-5:30 PM and Physics beyond the Edge 6-6:30 PM.
- Mail out letters to Thomas Johnson.
- Reyes about FRP.
- Talking to your doctor 7-8 PM.
Completed first three miles in 36 minutes and 18 seconds, average 2minutes 1 second per lap or 12 minutes 6 seconds per mile. Final three miles 34 minutes and 30 seconds, average 1 minutes 55 per lap or 11 minutes 30 seconds per mile. the morning walk start out cool but gradually warmed up after the sun rise over the horizon. The animals were out in force feasting on the track. Nice, cool, tranquil in an unbelievable setting but an energetic walk at a very good pace. Showered at 10:00 AM Dropped of Forms to Thomas Johnson in the mail box. Talked to Doris at 10:30 AM: Doris is well and feeling good. The dogs are well too. Mava will get the van started and drive it to Sacramento to get enough data for Smog test. Mava will work on the front yard. No resolution to FRP yet. No change to laundry situation. Escheveste rescinded his letter authorizing 2 bags of laundry per inmate until they install and new washer and dryer. Went to library at 11:40 – @:30 PM to work on Class Reports. Laundry completed at 2:45 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: Ground meat chili, beans, salad, bread and punch. ACE Classes – Warehouse Safety 4-4:30 PM, Hubble Space 5-5:30 PM and Physics Beyond the Edge 6-6:30 PM. Worked on Class reports in between classes from 4:30 – 7:00 PM. Talk with your Doctor from 7-8 PM. Census count at 7:30 PM. Back to the unit at 8:00 PM. Census count at PM. Final census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
Today was a good day: Doris is well and cheerful. The dogs are well. walked 6 miles. Drop off mail to Thomas Johnson. Mava will take care of the van and front yard. Attended ACE Class and EBRR Class. Completed ACE Class report for Emotions and Sociology.
