Overcast morning, the sun barely broke through the cloud. despite the gloomy weather, it was nice and cool for walking. Ran 1/2 mile in 4 minutes 6 seconds. Both paces were pretty fast. Practiced Yoga at the basketball court from 8:00 – 9:20 AM. Practiced Yoga in the overcast sky, windy with slight drizzle. Pretty dramatic weather but the Yoga practice was good, relaxing and quiet. Hemmed a pair of pants for Omar. Lunch was served at 10:30 AM. Luncheon menu: Banana, fries, scrambled eggs and punch. Talked to Doris at 11:30 AM: Doris was well and happy after yesterdays visitation. They went to Buttercup to have Prime Rib after the visitation. She asked about increased laundry loads. I told her it might be good for me to get out of laundry and into something less strenuous and takes a lot out of me. I have aches and pain from working in the laundry, but I will try to keep the sewing duties if possible. Kein was surprised about the Atwater Camp, as it is not like the regular prison he is used to in Burma. Doris, Diana and Kein had a great time during the visitation. Showered at 12:00 PM. Returned the hemmed pants to Omar. Census count at 12:10 PM. Census count was late because they had a lock down at the Main Penitentiary. Prepared Class report from 12:10 – 3:00 PM at the library.
