Picked up my commissary items at 7:15 AM, spent $34.55. Jon Gave me a muffin. Finished walking at 8:40 AM. The morning walk was nice as usual, tranquil that any free man would enjoy. I especially enjoy how the dawn sky changed to the glorious Sun Rise and to the brilliant healthy morning sun. I visualize the scene during my weekend Yoga practice, sound like weekend Yoga Retreat. Completed 6 miles in i hour 16 minutes and 50 seconds. Averaged 2 minutes 9 seconds per lap or 12 minutes 54 second per mile. Finished my ServSafe Manager book report. Emailed the ServSafe Manager book report to Prison Professor and Doris at 9:00 AM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: Hamburger, Fries, salad and punch. Talked to Doris at10:45 AM: Doris is well and cheerful today. She read my ServSafe Manager book report and was surprised how involved the book was in the food industry. And it opens up my options to volunteer in the food industries. We talked about the Art Class which I am taking, which reminds her of the freshman coursework in university. We talked about her health and how to cope with it like I mentioned in my Dairy on 8/29/2023. It makes her aware of her depression and how to cope with it. The dogs are doing well and bullying her for treats. We discussed how Jay Rod was being bullied by others because of his success working for me. Unfortunately some people did not like to see him succeed, especially working for me. That’s reality and it is very sad. Also I invited Jay Rod to join us for AAPI Dinner on Saturday. Showered at 11:25 AM. Went to the library to work on class reports from 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM. Changed mattress for George bunk #34 upper. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: Hamburger, fries, salad and punch. ACE Classes – Warehouse safety 4-4:30 PM, Hubble Space 5-5:30 PM and Physics beyond the edge 6-6:30 PM. In Hubble Space we learned about the Cat’s Eye Nebula. Read at the library from 4:30 – 7:00 PM in between classes. Census count at 7:00 PM. Cleaned up at 8:00 PM. Census count at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
Today was a good Day: Doris is well and feeling better. Finished and emailed my Book Report for ServSafe Manager. Commissary day. Got some pictures of Doris’s last visit. Walked 6 miles.
