Call out for food service workers at 5:00 AM. They were headed to the penitentiary by 5:30 AM. The morning started out dark, hazy, calm and cool. The lower atmosphere was hazy but the air quality was okay. The crescent moon was in mid sky. the beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors radiating out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it illuminated the outline of the Sierras with the crescent moon in mid sky, a very contrasting scene but nice scene. The rabbits were grazing by the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The rabbits appeared after breakfast and were scurrying around the camp begging for food from the inmates. We went to the front office at 7:00 AM. CO Leyvar checked us into the Penitentiary at 7:30 AM.. We went to the laundry room to sort out cleaned laundries: blankets, sheets, pants, shirts, boxers, t-shirts, socks, towels, wash clothe and inmate clothing. Folder blanket an sheets and prepared bed rolls. Folded and sized pants and put them away. Bagged the remaining segregated cleaned laundries. Went to commissary to fill hygiene commissary for section 2B. Prepared and cooked lunch: Short ribs with pepper and onions, fried rice, chorizo and eggs, rice, chips and Pepsi soda. Cleaned the cooking utensils, bowls, forks and spoons. Went back to the laundry room to clean the hall way to commissary and laundry, it was sprayed with pepper spray, thus we could not stay there for too long. Went back to laundry room: washed 5 loads of blankets and sheets, prepared 4 bus bags for new inmates. Dried cleaned sheets and blankets in commercial dryers. CO Beardsley the head of the Tru linc visited the laundry to check out our operations. Finished drying sheets and blankets. Folded blanket for bed rolls. They let us out of the penitentiary at 1:50 PM. Back to the Dormitory at 2:00 PM. Found out that three inmates were out of bound in the farmers property. Census count at 2:30 PM. Two of the three inmates who were out of bound returned to dormitory but the other inmate was missing. The COs arrested the two remaining inmates and hauled them away to the SHU. Checked email from Doris at 3:20 PM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 10,871 steps, 17.2 inches step length and symmetry was 61%. Yesterday was the 219th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. Diana is not coming over today, thus she could not go shopping. She will stay at home to work on her ETSY page and in the backyard to: enjoy the weather, walk with her cast, let the dogs out and enjoy her tomato plants. Census count at 3:30 PM. Because the three inmates who were out of bound and one left the camp, we were lockdown for the day. But there was no mention about visitation for the weekend. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: spaghetti with Marinara sauce, spinach, carrots, bread and water. I gave my dinner to Happy as I was still full from my lunch. The group of inmates who went to Dublin arrived home. The trip to Dublin was a two hour trip and they did not make any pit stop for bathroom breaks. The trip was to acquaint the inmates with Dublin and to train the COs of the facility when certain situations arises. I am glad I did not go on the trip. Talked to Doris at 6:30 PM: Doris is well and rested. I told Doris that an inmate had walked out of the camp and two of his accomplices were sent to The SHU. Because of the incident, we were on lockdown. All classes were cancelled. However, nothing was mentioned about this weekend visitation. Kein will be coming by the house tomorrow to fix the sprinkler and change the light bulb for the front door. Hopefully, he has time to pick some fruits for himself. I told her I had a good day working at the Penitentiary and we had a good lunch. I told her I will probably be working there next week too. Diana was too busy as her new furniture arrived today. Census count at 7:30 PM. Census count at 8:30 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
