Walked 6 Miles in i hour, 17 minutes and 11 seconds, same as yesterday. It was a nice and cool morning for walking, enjoy the sunrise after missing it for a couple of days. Missed my commissary purchase for today. Emailed EBRR Class report for ServSafe Food Handler to Prison Professor and Doris at 9:30 PM. Lunch was served at 10:30 AM. Luncheon menu: Hamburger, fries, salad and punch. Talked to Doris at 10:45 AM. Doris had an asthma attack last night but is feeling better. I told her I just emailed the EBRR Class report for ServSafe For Food Handler. The ServSafe is a certificate issued by the State of California. With The certificate it will open more opportunities for me to work and volunteer in the food services serving the nursing homes, senior centers, geriatric and Immigrant communities and meal on wheels. The dogs are doing well. Doris will have her Botox shots tomorrow at 1:00 PM. Finished inmate laundry at 12:30 PM. Showered at 1:00 PM. Fabricated more bunk hangers until 2:30 PM. I supplemented the dinner with a packet of Mackerel and Dr. Pepper. Camp manager Escheveste came by to inspect the laundry room and ask about the hangers. He was pleased with the condition of the laundry room and like the hanger fabricated. he was surprised how efficient our blanket and sheet exchange was conducted. ACE Classes Warehouse safety 4-4:30 PM, Hubble Space 5-5:30 PM and Physics beyond the edge 6-6:30 PM. Fabricated 10 more hangers from 4:30 – 7:00 PM. Today was a good day but a little hectic: Doris is recovering from her asthma attack last night. Distributed 60 hangers, another 60 to go. Walked 6 miles. Emailed EBRR class report for ServSafe for Food Handler to Prison Professor and Doris. Got my 2024 Release plan. Got a postcard form Geok. Distributing the hangers generated a lots of goodwill, they were willing to pay me for the hangers but I declined. Also they were surprised of my restraining system for the hanger using only a pebble, innovations.
