The lower atmosphere was hazy but the air quality was good. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors radiating out from the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. As the sun rise over the horizon, the orange reddish sphere created a picturesque scene of the Sierras outline and it warmed the air.
