The morning started out bright, cloudy, breezy, hazy and warm. The lower atmosphere was slightly hazy and white clouds in the sky. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors radiating out from the sun’s path: red, orange, yellow. light green, light blue and blue sky. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it turned the clouds on its path to peach orange colors with golden edges, beautiful clouds formation in the sky and warmed the air. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast and were scurrying around begging for food from the inmates. The air conditioner unit above the dormitory has been making a lot of noise in the past month, just hope it does not breakdown in the summer. Jogged 6 miles and sprinted the final lap. Completed jogging 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour and 18 seconds. Average running times were: 10 minutes and 3 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 41 seconds per lap. The pace was a lot faster as I was jogging from the beginning. I was sweating and had to walk extra laps to catch my breath and to cool down. I was glad that I jogged 6 miles continuously and at the pace around 6 miles per hour. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:30 AM. The Yoga practice felt good after the run as I got to stretched my legs and body, also I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized my trip to Genting Highlands, Malaysia. We stopped by the Chinese temple before the casino. The temple had statues of Buddha and Goddess of Mercy, eighteen levels of hell for sinners, beautiful vantage points of the Genting Highlands and the skyline of Kuala Lumpur. We usually stop by this temple on our way to the casino. Opened my eyes to the Blue sky with white clouds. Attended the ACE Class Advance Spanish 8:30 – 9:30 AM. Theme for today was family – familia. Good conversational Spanish class. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: scrambled eggs, pancake with syrup, fries, apple and water. Talked to Doris at 10:15 AM: Doris is well and rested.
