The morning started out bright, hazy, breezy and warm. The lower atmosphere was hazy with plumes of smoke in the Southern and Western horizons. The dawn sky was on display with analogous colors radiating out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the reddish orange sphere illuminated the outline of the Sierras making it picturesque and warmed the air. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast and were scurrying around begging for food from the inmates. William Uribe turned on the sprinklers on the soccer field and the rabbits and squirrels moved to graze on the baseball field, but the birds moved in to feast and shower. Walked 3 miles and jogged 6 miles, sprinting the final lap. Completed 9 miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 42 minutes and 48 seconds. Average times were: 11 minutes and 36 seconds per mile or 1 minutes and 56 seconds per lap. The pace was fast as I was sweating and had to walk extra laps to catch my breath and to cool down. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The Yoga practice felt really good after completing 9 miles. The practice was what I needed to stretch my muscles and I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized my trip to Genting Highlands Casino, Malaysia. We were guest of our cousin AH Huat. He brought us to the high roller’s table. We had lobster noodle for lunch. Geok won$500 playing the slot machines and AH Huat won $20,000. The casino was packed with locals and tourists, nice food court and shopping. We had fun at the casino. Opened my eyes to the Blue sky. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email form Doris: Doris is well and rested. Went to warehouse to secure inventory for the laundry room.. CO Zaleski authorized the merchandise. Chan delivered the merchandise to the laundry room. Put away the merchandise, prepared bus bag for new inmate and fabricate pillow cover for Jorge. Talked to Doris at 10:50 AM: Doris is well and rested. She tripped and injured her ankle.
