The morning started out bright, cloudy, slight breeze and cool. The Eastern sky was filled with cloud and more clouds where rolling in from the South and West. The beautiful clouds with colors of: yellow, white , gray and dark gray, were spectacular and was a welcome sight after weeks of clear sky. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast and were scurrying around begging for food from the inmates. William Uribe turned on the sprinklers for the soccer field and the rabbits and squirrels moved to the baseball field, but the birds moved in and were feasting on worms and enjoying their shower. Walked 3.5 miles, jogged and sprinted the final 2.5 miles. Completed six miles at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 10 minutes and 42 seconds. The pace was fast as I was sweating an had to walk extra laps to catch my breath and to cool down. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 46 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 57 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practice Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The Yoga practice felt good on the cool weather, I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized out trip to Taman Negara, Malaysia. Lots of wilderness, black water river, we were on a flat bottom boat ride to various scenic vistas and locations where fishes were plentiful. Came across groups of local having picnic at various locations. Some offered to share their food and desserts with us. It was a fun trip but we were soaked riding in the boat. Opened my eyes to the cloudy blue sky. Cleaned the computer room. Talked to Doris at 8:50 AM: Doris is well. She asked about my meeting with Mr.. Larsen, I told her it will be after 12:00 PM. I told her to increase the threshold to 8500 steps. The Berkeley fire was contained, so she could go outside to: enjoy the nice weather, let the dogs out, walk without her cast and enjoy her tomato plants. She was busy working on her Etsy page. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well. She walked 9028 steps, 16.8 inches step length and symmetry was 76%. Yesterday was the 193rd consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. The Berkeley fire was contained. The apartment fire at San Pablo Dam Road was also contained too. She will be outside in the backyard to: enjoy the nice weather, walk without her cast, let the dogs out and enjoy her tomato plants. Her step length and symmetry have improved. She will have a relaxing day at home. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:20 AM. Went to sewing room: repair some uniforms, exchanged 2 -2X T shirts for P Rico, exchanged 2 2X T shirts and 3 pair of socks for Yovani and hemmed pants. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: Fish sandwich, Cole Slaw, spinach, apple and water. Had a nap. Met with Mr.. Larsen to relocate my case to the Northern District, before they can assign me a half way house date.
