The morning started out bright, hazy, breezy, and cool. The lower atmosphere was hazy and plumes of smoke were visible in the Southern and Western horizons. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors radiating out from the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the reddish orange sphere illuminated the Sierras and creating a picturesque scene, and it warmed the air. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after the breakfast and were scurrying around begging for food from the inmates. It was a cool and pleasant morning for walking. Walked 4.5 miles, jogged and sprinted the final 1.5 miles. Completed 6 miles at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 10 minutes and 56 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 50 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 58 seconds per lap. The pace was fast as I was sweating and had to walk extra laps to catch my breath and to cool down. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. Th yoga practice felt good with the cool breeze. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized our trip to Orchard Road, Singapore. Walking and shopping on Orchard road, big stores like Takashimaya, Sogo, Center point and Lucky Plaza. Lots of merchandise and tourists. We had a store in Lucky Plaza selling memorabilia. It was wonderful time in Singapore. Opened my eyes to the Blue sky and Crescent Moon. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email form Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 9026 steps, 17.4 Inches step length and symmetry was 73%. Yesterday was the 189th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She put away her merchandise in the garage. She will be in the backyard to: enjoy the cool weather, walk without her cast, let the dogs out and enjoy her tomato plants. Jon brought 2 dozen orange pants to be shortened to shorts and some khakis uniform that needed repairs. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:20 AM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: Chili cheese fries, apple and water. Counselor Reyes informed m that we will have three new inmates from the bus today. I prepared a list of merchandise needed and handed it to Jon, so he could deliver the merchandise. Talked to Doris at 10:50 AM: Doris is well and rested. I told her I made an appointment to see Mr Larsen on Friday. She asked what was the appointment for? I told her it was to relocate my case to Northern District and to get a date for my half way house. She was hoping Mt Larsen will send me to the Half way house earlier. I told her I will be busy with my ACE Classes, EBRR Class, GED/ESL tutoring and hemming pants. She will keep herself busy with her ESTY stuff and walking in the backyard. Went to the sewing room: fabricated a pair of orange shorts – prototype, exchanged 5 2X boxers, 5 2X T shirts and 5 pairs of Socks for John A and repaired pants for Cody Carlson. EBRR Class Disability 12:00 – 1:00 PM. GED/ESL tutoring 12:00 – 2:30 PM. Went to sewing room: exchanged 40X32 pants for Yovani, prepared bus bags and hemmed 2 dozens pants and 2 dozens shorts.
