The morning started out bright, hazy, light breeze and cool. The lower atmosphere was hazy but the breeze dispersed the smoke and blew them away. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors radiating out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it illuminated the sky an made the Sierras picturesque and warmed the air. The rabbits were grazing on the baseball and soccer fields, while LeBron and her family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast and were scurrying around the camp, begging for food from the inmates. Walked 5 miles, jogged and sprinted the final mile. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 9 minutes and 43 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes 37 seconds per mile or 1 minutes 56 seconds per lap. The pace was fast as I added another lap of jogging to my routine. I was sweating an had to walk extra laps to catch my breath an to cool down. Stretched, split stretched an practiced my Yoga until 8:25 AM. The yoga practice was good but I was not able to complete all the exercise. I did all the phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized our trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We stayed at the Legend Hotel that was connected to a shopping mall. We had a good time shopping, eating an lazing around the pool. The view from the rooftop pool was a 360 degrees panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur skyline. We enjoyed ourselves on the weekend trip to Malaysia. We also visited some friend and relatives. Opened my eyes to the Blue sky with the half moon. Attended ACE Class Beginning Spanish 8:30 – 9:30 AM. Theme for today was election and travel (Elecciones y viajar).
