The morning started out bright, little haze, breezy and warm. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors radiating out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. There were some light haze but the wind blew them away. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the picturesque Sierras was visible with beautiful sun rise colors, it brightened the sky and warmed the air. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields while Labrona and her family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast, they were scurrying around begging for food from the inmates. William Uribe turned on the sprinklers on the soccer field but most rabbits and squirrels stayed on to graze, also oved in for a shower. The morning walk was pleasant with the breeze. Walked 5 miles, jogged and sprinted the final mile. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 12 minutes and 46 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 8 seconds per mile or 2minutes and 2 seconds per lap. The pace was fast as I was sweating and I had to walk extra laps to catch my breath and to cool down. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. Felt good with the Yoga practice, as I was able to exercise all phases: strength, balance, flexibility and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized our trip to Port Dickson, Malaysia. We were enjoying the Skidoo jets and snorkeling. The Hilton Hotel was by the sea with a nice beach and a walk up pool for refreshments. It was nice time for the family when we visited Malaysia. Opened my eyes to the Blue sky and the half moon in the mid sky. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 9458 steps, 16.3 inches step length and symmetry was 83%. Yesterday was the 186th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. Her appointment with Dr Yang went well. She liked my Spanish Step -By – Step Book report. She will be busy loading up the SUV with merchandise for the gift show at Pinole Senior Center. She will be in the backyard to: enjoy the nice weather, walk without her cast, let the dogs out and enjoy he tomato plants. Showered and changed to BOP uniform. Counselor Reyes informed me that we will not have any new inmate until Monday, when three inmates will come off the bus. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: Fried fish sandwich, rice, beans, an apple and water. Tried calling Doris at 10:50 AM, but no answer. Went to sewing room and hemmed 3 dozens pants. GED/ESL tutoring sessions 12:00 -2:30 PM, the sessions went well. Talked to Doris at 3:20 PM. Doris is well. She was busy in the garage loading up the merchandise. That was why she did not answer my calls. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: Cheese chicken, bun, rice, beans and water.
