The morning started out bright, slight haze, light breeze and warm. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors radiating out from the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. There were some sparse clouds and the half moon was in mid sky. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it illuminated the clouds in its path to peach orange color and tinting its edges to gold, It brightened the sky and warmed the air. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields while Labrona and her family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast and were scurrying around the camp begging for food from the inmates. The clouds and breeze made the walk pleasant. Walked 5 miles, jogged and sprinted the final mile. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:40 AM,, in 1 hour 10 minutes and 58 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 58 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 59 seconds per lap. The pace was fast as I was sweating and grasping for air, I had to walk extra laps to catch my breath and to cool down. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The yoga practice felt good in the breeze. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, balance, flexibility and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized our trip to Pacifica, California with Doris and the kids. We were strolling on the beach and dodging the waves, the kids were having lots of fun laughing and yelling as we dodged the waves. Opened my eyes to the Blue sky with the half moon. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email form Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8025 steps, 17.2 inches step length and symmetry was 74%. Yesterday was the 185th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She has an appointment with Dr Yang and she will go shopping after the appointment.
