The morning started out bright, hazy, slight breeze and warm. The lower atmosphere was hazy with plumes of dark smoke in the Southern horizon. The full moon was in the Western Sky moving westward. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the beautiful dawn sky with analogous colors radiating out from the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. The orange reddish sphere was highlighted by the haze. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast scurrying around the camp begging for food. William Uribe turned on the sprinklers on teh soccer field and rabbits moved to graze on the baseball field, but the birds moved in to enjoy their shower, they were happy and singing. Walked 5 miles, jogged and sprinted the final mile. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 12 minutes and 12 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 2 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 1 second per lap. The pace was fast as I was sweating and had to walk a few extra laps to catch my breath and to cool down. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The Yoga practice was good, as I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized my trip to Disneyland and California Parks in Anaheim. Went on several rides and walked the Disney park. There was lots of walking, rides and attractions it was lots of fun. Opened my eyes to the Blue Sky. Unfortunately, the moon was nowhere in sight in the sky. Cleaned the computer room.
