The morning started out bright, clear, breezy and warm. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with beautiful analogous colors radiating out from the suns path: Red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. The lower atmosphere was hazy with plumes of black smoke on the Southern and Western horizons. The haze made the dawn sky looked good. As the sun rise over the horizon, the reddish orange sphere was shielded by the haze and it gave the sun the reddish orange hue. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast and they were running around the camp begging for food from the inmates. Washed my blanket and sheets. Walked two miles on the trail and completed 4 miles on the treadmill in the training room. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 12 minutes and 6 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 1 second per mile or 2 minutes per lap. The pace was fast as I was drenched from jogging and sprinting the final mile. My blood pressure reached 149 BPM. The walk felt good. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:30 AM. The Yoga practice felt good in the breeze. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, balance, flexibility an breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose. visualized my trip to Mount Rushmore, South Dakota, Walked around the monument of presidents faces, we were lucky as the weather was clear and we had a good view of the presidents. Bought a coffee mug from the gift store. It was amazing to see the amount of rock tailings from the carving the Presidents Faces. Opened my eyes to the grayish blue sky. Finished laundering my blankets and sheets. Had some donuts, nuts and an apple for snacks. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested.
