7/9/2023 Sunday at Atwater camp
Woke up at 5:50 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to workout shorts, and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee, and watched the local news and weather channel, high today is 90 degrees F. Breakfast was served at 6:25 AM. Breakfast: Grits, rolls, and punch.


Plan for today:

  1. Walk 6 miles.
  2. Read and finish Prison 8344th day.
  3. Book Report.
  4. Call Doris.
  5. ACE class History of Music at 4:00 PM.
  6. ACE class Biology at 6:00 PM.
  7. EBRR Class – Inside Out 8:00-10:00 AM, 11:30 – 3:30 PM
  8. Stretch.
  9. Race Day with Will.

Started walking from 7:00 – 7:50 AM, and only completed 5 miles. Attended Inside Out class at 8:00 – 10:00 AM. Headcount at 10:05 AM. Lunch was served after that. Lunch: Scrambled eggs, 2 toast with syrup, potato, and punch. I had two helpings, needed the carbohydrate for the race today at 5:00 PM. Called Doris at 10:45 AM: Chris fixed the sprinkler and drove the car in our backyard. Doris is well after using the nebulizer when she has difficulty breathing. I told her about my pattern score, and she was happy with the minimum score. Told her to keep up with her exercise. her vision has improved since she started using the prescribed eye drops.
11:30 AM back to the Inside Out class until 3:30 PM. Headcount at 3:30 PM. Dinner after headcount. Dinner; Burrito, bean, corn, beef, salsa, and punch. 4:00 – 4:30 PM ACE class History of music. 5:00 PM had a one-lap race around the walking trail with Will. I lost the race to him. Read in the library from 5:00 – 6:00 PM. 6:00 – 6:30 PM ACE class Biology. 6:30 – 7:00 PM completed reading Prison 8344th Day. Prepared book report from 7:00 – 9:15 PM. Showered at 8:00 PM. Headcount at 8:20 PM. Head Count at 9:15 PM. Final headcount at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
Today is a day filled with lots of classes: Ace Courses Indian Nation and Biology. EBRR Class Inside Out. Finished reading Prison 8344th Day. prepare book Report. Doris is doing well and the sprinkler is working. Walked 6 Miles, and walked another mile before the race.
