The morning started out bright, clear except for a plume of dark smoke, breezy and warm. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors radiating out from the sun. Th sun was over the Sierras. The lower atmosphere was hazy and a plume of black smoke in the Western sky. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, but Labrona and her family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast, running around the camp begging for food from the inmates. The breeze blew the plume of dark smoke and it blended into the atmosphere. William Uribe turned on the sprinklers on the soccer field an date rabbits moved to graze on the baseball field. He turned the sprinklers after 30 minutes and the rabbits and squirrels returned to the soccer field. Walked 5 miles, jogged and sprinted the final mile. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 12 minutes and 41 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 7 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 1 second per lap. The pace was fast as I sweated and had to walk a few extra laps to catch my breath and cool down. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The Yoga practice was pleasant with the breeze but I had to work extra hard to hold my poses in the breeze. The yoga practice was good as I exercised all phases: strength, balance, flexibility an breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose, visualized my trip to Escalante Step Mountain, droved by the beautiful flat top mountains with beautiful pastel colors and stopped by Toadstool. Walked in the dry creek bed to reach Toadstool, beautiful rock formation with rocks balanced on top of each other and the beautiful pastel color rock formations. Opened my eyes to the clear Blue sky, Cleaned the computer room. Had an apple, z cake and chips for snacks. Checked email form Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8668 steps, 16.4 inches step length and symmetry was 76%. Yesterday was the 165th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:20 AM. Talked to Doris at 10:10 AM: Doris is well and rested. She told me it was hot in the Bay Area.
