The morning started out bright, clear, calm and warm. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with colors radiating out from the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. The lower atmosphere was hazy because of smog and high pressure. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, Labrona and gamily were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast, running around the camp begging for food from the inmates. As the morning progressed a slight breeze developed. Th breeze made the walk cool and enjoyable. Walked 5 miles, jogged and sprinted the final mile. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 40 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 56 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 59 seconds per lap. The pace was fast and I was sweating after the sprint. Walked a few extra laps to cool down and to catch my breath. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The Yoga felt good in the breeze but I had to maintain my balance. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose, visualizing out trip to Arches National Park in Utah. Hiked to all the fascinating natural sandstone arches. Th weather was nice as we visited in mid May. Opened my eyes to the bright blue sky. Had a Z cake and an apple for snacks. Talked to Doris at 9:10 AM: Doris is well and rested. She was outside the backyard to: enjoy the weather, walk, let the dogs out and admire her tomato plants, Oralia and her son might drop by the house to pick some fruits. She will be working in he sewing room today. Our water bill was around $400 because of the water heater leak. No update on the BOP website regarding my release date.
