The morning started out bright, clear, windy and warm.. The sub was already over the Sierras with beautiful colors radiating out from the sun. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields and Labrona was grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The squirrels appeared after breakfast, running around the camp begging for food from the inmates. William Uribe turned on the sprinklers on the soccer field an the rabbits moved to graze on the baseball field but the birds were having a shower under the sprinklers. The lower atmosphere was hazy and the moon was not visible. Walked 5 miles, jogged and sprinted the final mile. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 12 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 52 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 59 seconds per lap. The pace was very fast as i sweated and had to walk a few extra laps to catch my breath and cool down. Felt good after the walk. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The Yoga practice was good as I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose, visualizing my trip to Bryce Canyon, Utah. Hiking form canyon rim to canyon rims and admiring the thousands of spires that looked like terra cotta soldiers. The clean fresh air and the beautiful arch structures. Opened my eyes to the beautiful Blue sky, Had some nuts, nutty bar and an apple for snacks. Cleaned the computer. Checked email form Doris: Doris is well and rested.
