The morning started out bright, clear, slight breeze and warm. The beautiful dawn sky was already on display with the beautiful analogous colors radiating out from the suns path: red, orange, yellow. light green, light blue and blue sky. the rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the golden sphere brightened up the sky, warmed the air and made the sky a darker shade of blue. The lower atmosphere was hazy because of the smog. The squirrels appeared after breakfast and were running around the camp begging for food. Labrona was grazing outside the fence and near the visitors center. Walked 5 miles and jogged the final mile with William Uribe. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 9 minutes and 36 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes 34 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 56 seconds per lap. The pace was fast as I had to walk a few laps to catch my breath, also I was sweating. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 8:30 AM. Th practice felt good in the breeze. The Yoga practiced covered all phases of exercise: strength, balance, flexibility and breathing. Finished with the corpse pose, visualizing how good it feels when my incarceration is over and I am busy working in our backyard. The birds chirping and eating fruits, while the dogs tries to chase off the birds and squirrels away from their territory. Opened my eyes moved my fingers and feet and woke up to the beautiful blue sky. Had some nuts, nutty bar and an apple for snacks. Cleaned the computer room and checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8838 steps, 16.4 inches step length and symmetry was 72%. yesterday was the 137th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. Diana will be busy with the funeral. She was outside the backyard earlier to: let the dogs out and look at her tomato plants. She will walk inside the house to keep cool. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM. The New CO and camp manager Eschveste were in the dormitory confiscating illegal food stuff and fruits. Went to sewing room as Jon Delivered lots of uniforms that needed repairs. Counselor Reyes informed me, we will have a new inmate joining us today. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: fried fish sandwich, beans, rice, muffins and water.
