Woke up at 5:30 AM. made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 90 degrees F. Started walking at 6:30 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:20 AM. Breakfast menu: Grits, cake, apple and water (Semola de maiz, torta, uno manzana y agua).

The morning started with the sun over the Sierras, it was bright, calm, clear and cool morning. The crescent moon was in the sky and the lower atmosphere was hazy. The rabbits were grazing in the baseball field, Labrona and her juvenile rabbits were grazing outside the fence. The sprinklers were on. The squirrels appeared after breakfast and were begging for food from the inmates. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:50 AM, in i hour 12 minutes and 28 seconds. The average walking times were: 12 minutes and 5 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and one second per lap. The pace was fast as I sweated. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga until 8:30 AM. The Yoga practice was good albeit a little rushed. Attended the Advanced Spanish lesson from 8:30 – 9:30 AM. The theme was Job application and experience. It was a good conversational Spanish class. Lunch was served after the class. Luncheon menu: Scrambled eggs, pancake with syrup, fries, an apple and water. Talked to Doris at 9:50 AM: Doris is well an rested. She got a contractor to repair the water heater and to replace the broken pipe and hoses tomorrow. Kein was at the house to help with the leak. He is also there to pick some fruits; plums, apricots, peaches and plouts. She talked to Eric, Eric asked about my health and asked me to keep my blood pressure in check. Census count at 10:00 AM. Checked email from Doris at 10:20 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8060 steps, 16.8 inches step length and symmetry was 83%. Yesterday was 132th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She talked to Eric who asked about my health, especially about my blood pressure. He also brief Doris about the Yong Family. She will be busy making more merchandise for her gift shows. Kein might come by the house to pick some fruits. Showered and changed to casual clothes at 11:00 AM. Took a nap.

Ella tiene un contratista a arreglar el agua calentador con reponer roto pipa / tubo manana. Kein es en casa ayudar con pipa dejar escapar y limpio garaje. Tambien recoger fruitas. Elal hable con Eric, Eric perguntar me salud y perguntar me sangre prescion. Contar Censo a las diez. Verifico correo electronico de Doris a las Diez veinte: Doris es Bien y descano. Went to the library to write my ACE Class report. census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count, Dinner menu: Parmigiana chicken, spaghetti with creamy sauce, bread, green beans and water. Completed my ACE Class Report on US History 1800 – 1898. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
