Woke up at 5:30 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 86 degrees F. Started walking at 5:50 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:20 AM. Breakfast menu: Oatmeal, cake, apple and water (harina de avena, torta, manzana y agua).

The morning started out bright, clear, calm and cool. The full moon was barely visible in the mid sky. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors radiating out form the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light blue and blue sky. The rabbits were grazing on the baseball field. As the sun rise, the golden sphere brightened the sky and warmed the air. Th lower atmosphere was hazy from the smog. The morning walk was pleasant. Walked 5 miles and jogged the final miles. Completed 6 miles walk at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 10 minutes and 21 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes 50 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 58 seconds per lap. The squirrels appeared and were running all over the camp. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 8:00 AM. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8627 steps, 16.7 Inches step length and symmetry was 86%. yesterday was the 121th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She will go shopping with Diana to get some fruits and flowers for the altar. She will visit me on Saturday 5/25/2024. her serger sewing machine was fixed, she will make more inventory for her gift show. Had some donuts and an apple for snacks. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:20 AM. Went to sewing room to: customize pants, exchanged socks for Jorge and Exchanged socks for Jesse. Lunch was served at 10:25 AM. Luncheon menu: hamburger, fries, and apple and water. Talked to Doris at 10:40 AM. Doris is well and rested. She was waiting for Diana to go shopping for fruits and flowers. She went outside to let the dogs out and look at her tomato plants. There were more tomatoes now. Her serger is working so she could make more items for her gift show.
