5/10/2024 Friday daily diary from Atwater Camp.
Woke up at 5:30 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 88 degrees F. Started walking at 6:10 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:40 AM. Breakfast menu: Oatmeal. cake, an apple and water.

Started my laundry at 5:45 AM. The morning started out clear, bright, calm and cool (el manana es claro,, brillante, calma y fresco). The beautiful dawn sky with its analogous colors was on display: red. orange, yellow and blue sky ( el lindo alba cielo con es analogo colors es en exponer: rojo, naranja, Amarillo y Azul cielo). The rabbits were grazing in the baseball field (conejos pastoreo in beisbol campo). The sun rise over the Sierras and it brightened the sky and warmed the air (soleda del sol sobre el Sierras es brilliante el cielo y calentar aire). Completed walking 6 miles at 8:00 AM (completo caminar seis milla a son las ocho). In 1 hour 12 minutes and 24 seconds (en uno hora doce minutos veintecuatro segundos). Average walking times were (promedio caminar tiempo es): 12 minutes and 4 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and one second per lap (doce minutos quarto segundos por milla o dos minutos uno segundo per vuelta). The pace was pretty fast as I sweated (el paso muy rapido yo sudo). Checked email for Doris (verificar correo electronico por Doris): Doris is well and rested. She walked 8143 steps, 16.1 inches step length, 78 5 symmetry. Yesterday was the 109th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. (Doris se bien y descano. Ella camina 8143 ocho mil ciento curenta y tres pasos, 16.1 diesciseis punto uno pulgadas paso largo, simeteria es satenda y ocho por ciento. Ayer es ciento nueve dias ella cerrar corteza en ella iPhone). She was working on her mother’s day design. She will visit tomorrow 5/11/2024 at 11:30 AM. Karlee will visit her on Mother’s day on Sunday. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM (lavarse, ponerse a ropa BOP uniforme). Lunch was served at 10:20 AM (Almuerzo servir a son las diez veinte). Luncheon menu (almuerzo menu): fried fish sandwich, rice, spinach and an apple and water (freir pescado bocadillo, arrroz, espinacas, manzana y agua). Talked to Doris at 10:50 AM (Hablar con Doris a son las Diez cincuenta). Doris is well and rested (Doris es bien y descano). Karlee will visit her on mother’s day on 5/12/2024 Sunday (Karlee quere visita Doris en Madres Dia en 5/12/2024 Domingo). Doris will visit me on 5/11/2024 Saturday around 11-11:30 AM (Doris quere visitame en 5/11/24 Sabado, es a eso de las once hasta once media). I will call on Saturday around 6:30 PM to talk to them about my stocks (yo quero llamo en Sabado es a eso de las seis media hablar por me acciones). Went to sewing room: repair pants, exchanged uniform for Ali and fabricate belts with clasp (ir a cuarto corteza: reparar pantalones, cambiar uniforme por Ali Y fabricar cinturon con broche). GED/ ESL Tutoring 12:00 – 2:30 PM (ensenar GED/ ESL a son las doce hasta dos media). There was a fight between two inmates in the dormitory and the camp was on lockdown (hay luchar entre dos recluso, el campamento fue encerrar a son las dos media). Census count at 3:30 PM (Contar Censo a son las Tres media). Dinner was served after the count (cena servir despues de contar). Dinner menu (cena menu): chef salad, black beans, cheese and water (chef ensalada, Frijol negro, queso y agua). The camp will be locked down and television blackout for the weekend. The visitation will remain open. All classes were cancelled.
