The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were testing their vehicles. Rabbits were grazing in the soccer and baseball fields before sun rise. The beautiful dawn sky was on display; band of reddish orange haze amid the clouds; analogous colors behind the clouds: red, orange, yellow, light blue and blue sky; the 3/4 moon was in mid sky dodging in and out of the clouds and setting towards the West. I walked the trails on the soccer and baseball fields. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the clouds on its path was peach/gray colors with golden edges while clouds in the West were white/gray colors. The birds appeared and feasted on the food left by the inmates and forages in the fields. The squirrels appeared on the soccer and baseball around 7:20 AM, The squirrels are getting up earlier to graze. Completed walking six miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 32 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 26 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 5 seconds per lap. Today was commissary day, inmates were lining up for grocery since 5:40 AM. I got my grocery and spent $6:05 at the commissary. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court from 8:00-9:00 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and colorful sun rise with the 3/4 moon setting in the West.
