It rained last night and finally stopped in the morning at 6:30 AM. The walking trail was flooded, the basketball court was damp but walkable. The morning started out damp and wet with a light drizzle. The sky was overcast with dark cumulus clouds and more clouds were moving in from Southwest and headed towards the East, the Sierras. Though it was overcast, the temperature was warm and pleasant for walking, the air was clean and crisp. the rabbits finally emerged but were only grazing in the baseball field near the back fence, a few rabbits graze at the back of the soccer field near the fence too. The sun never broke through the clouds. Finished walking 6 miles at 8:15 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 55 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 59 seconds per mile (milla) or 48 seconds per lap (vuelta). It was a pretty fast pace on the basketball court, I was trying to finish my walking before it rains again, I worked up a sweat walking. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court until 8:35 AM. Had a banana, celery and crackers for snacks. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and she had a good nights rest.
