The morning started out dark, hazy, light breeze and cool – 57 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy, the full moon was in mid sky at 9 o’clock and the light breeze made the temperature cooler. The beautiful dawn sky was on display; band of red haze; analogous colors peeking over the Sierras: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky; the full moon was in mid sky at 9 o’clock setting towards the west. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were testing their vehicles. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing on the East end of the soccer field. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it illuminated the Sierras giving it depth and it changed colors as it ascended through the haze: red, orange, yellow and bright yellow. As the sun rise, the moon was setting in the West and it turned cream color as it descended into the haze. the birds were waiting for their food, they were perched on the fences and on the roof. After breakfast, inmates discarded their food on the ground and on the basketball court. The birds feasted on the food and foraged in the fields. I walked the trails on the soccer and baseball fields. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 28 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 25 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 5 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced yoga at the basketball court in the warm sunshine until 8:40 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and the colorful sun rise with the full moon setting in the West. Opened my eyes to the clear blue sky. Completed walking 5 miles until 10:10 AM. Three of the predator dogs were back hunting for squirrels and rabbits, one of the white colored dog was not with the pack. The autonomous car company was busy testing their vehicles. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM, Luncheon menu: chicken tortilla, rice, corn, black beans, pear and water. Walked another mile after lunch. Talked to Doris at 11:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. The weather is nice in Pinole and the dogs are up and running around. She will see Dr Scott Lee at 1:00 PM. They are charging her $70 for her co pay. Geok’s friend Sonya Zaleski was sent to the Hospice for he Liver problem. I will finish my Book Report on The secret to a Long, Healthy Live.
