The morning started out with the dawn sky already on full display. beautiful analogous colors radiated out from the sun’s path; red, orange, yellow, cream, light green, light blue, blue and dark blue sky. Where were a few whiffs of alto clouds and they were tinted in peach color. the rabbits were grazing at the edge of the field, Labrona and her family were grazing at the baseball field. As the morning progressed, the analogous colors turned to pastel colors, the air was warm around 60’s. As the golden sphere emerged over the Sierras, it illuminated the edges of the cirrus clouds turning it golden, the clouds slowly burnt off. Finished walking 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 13 minutes and 40 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 17 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes and 3 seconds per lap (vuelta). The pace was pretty good as I worked up a sweat. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 8:10 AM. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and she had a good rest. She emailed Thomas to contact me via email. She walked 8165 steps, step length was 15.8 Inches and symmetry was 87%. Yesterday was the 80th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone.. She has an early appointment with Dr Scott Lee at 8:30 AM. She asked about my meeting with Mr Larsen today. I told her I hope to meet with him today. Had some chips, nutty bar, celery and an apple for snacks. Fed the apple core to Labrona. Showered at 9:20 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Went to sewing room: exchanged XL jacket for Suarez, Exchanged 5 2X T shirts for Frank, Exchanged size 34X30 pants for Bolden, received greens from front office, Put away cleaned uniforms. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: baked chicken, green beans, sweet potatoes, muffin and water. Found out the GED results for student who took it two weeks ago: 1 passed everything, 2 passed 3 subjects and 1 passed 2 subjects. All of them passed the math portion except one. Talked to Doris at 11:20 AM: Doris is well and rested. She emailed Thomas Johnson for him to contact me via email. I will also email him. She had an appointment with Dr Scott Lee, everything was okay except he prescribed a new eye drop for Doris. She asked about my meeting with MR Larsen, I told her he will meet with us after the team unit meeting around 2:00 PM. I will call her if I have any good news. I urged her to walk outside to enjoy the nice weather. No GED/ESL tutoring for me today, as I will be waiting to talk to Mr Larsen.
