No call out for Dublin orderlies today. The morning started out dark, hazy, light breeze and cold 41 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy, clear sky and light breeze made the temperature colder. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood light turned on. They were testing their vehicles. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing inside the fence near the soccer field. Early breakfast and no birds appeared after breakfast, so inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. The beautiful dawn sky was on display; band of reddish orange haze; analogous colors peeking over the Sierras: red, orange, yellow, light green. light blue and blue sky. I walked the trails on the soccer and baseball fields. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it illuminated the Sierras giving it depth and the red sphere changed colors as it ascended through the haze: red, orange, yellow, and bright yellow. The birds appeared and feasted on their food and foraged in the fields. Completed walking six miles at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 36 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 26 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 5 seconds per lap. Attended the EBRR Class Anger Management but Ms. Cota did not show up. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and colorful sun rise. Opened my eyes to the bright blue sky. Since we were not allowed in the dormitory until 11:00 AM, I decided to walk another 6 miles. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: fried fish sandwich, spinach, rice, bread, pear and water. Called Doris at 11:00 AM: Doris is well and rested.
