The morning call out for Dublin orderlies at 5:00 AM. They were headed out at 5:40 AM. The morning started out dark, sparse clouds in the West, hazy and cold – 41 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy, some sparse clouds in the West. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on. They tested their vehicles last night, including multiple vehicles and vehicles towing trailers. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, Labrona and family were grazing on the soccer field too. The beautiful dawn sky was on display; band of red haze; analogous colors peeking over the Sierras: red orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. Early breakfast, no birds appeared after breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. I walked the trails on the soccer and baseball fields. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the red sphere changed colors as it ascended through the haze: red, orange, yellow and bright yellow. The birds appeared and they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 30 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 25 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 5 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 9:00 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and colorful sun rise. Opened my eyes to the clear blue sky. Walked an additional four miles since the dormitory is off limits. Lunch was served at 10:15 AM. Luncheon menu: baked chicken, sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables, bread and water. Camp managed Mr. Echesveste announced that the half way house times will be reduced from 1 year to two months. He said the cut off date was 4/21/2025. I was told to check with Case Manager if they revised my half way house date of 4/22/2025. I checked with Mr Larsen and he informed me the date has not changed. Several inmates with half way house dates in May 2025 had their dates pushed back to Aug 2025 or Jan 2026. Called Doris at 11:00 AM: Doris is well. I told her about the changes to the half way house time and she was very disappointed. But I told her I am still planning on leaving on 4/22/2025 unless they change my 4/22/2025 date. GSW is playing the Lakers tonight. Checked email from Doris at 11:30 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 9,388 steps, 15.8 inches step length and symmetry was 7.3%. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 12:30 PM. Altered pants for Jesus Aguilar. Worked on my EBRR assignments. Posted GED examination notice for 4/15/2025. Census count at 3:30 PM.
