It rained last night but stopped around 3:00 AM. The morning call out for Dublin orderlies at 5:00 AM. They were headed out at 5:40 AM. The morning started out dark, overcast, breezy and cool – 54 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was completely overcast with thick gray clouds, the breeze made the temperature cooler. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were maintaining their equipment. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence outside the soccer field. No wildlife appeared after the early breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. As the sky brightened all I could see was layers of thick clouds. The birds appeared around 7:00 AM and they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. I walked on the soccer field trail, it was damp but not muddy. Completed walking six miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 20 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 24 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. It started to drizzle at 7:40 AM, so I went to the exercise room to stretch, split stretched. and practiced Yoga until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and colorful sun rise from Saturday morning. Opened my eyes to the ceiling of the exercise room. Called Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. It was raining in Pinole, the dogs are taking refuge in their dog house. She will work on her Flower Bouquet embroidery. She will contact her doctors to get letters from them that she needed me to take her to her doctor’s appointments. She checked my BOP release date and it was February 20, 2026. The GSW was victorious over the San Antonio Spurs with a score of 148-106. Unfortunately, Kuminga was injured, the extent of the injury is pending MRI. Counselor Reyes informed me that we have a new self surrender inmate tomorrow but he decided to turn himself in today and designed him to bunk # 69U. Lunch was served at 10:15 AM. Luncheon menu: chili cheese fries, carrots, spinach, cheese, salsa, pear and water. Educational Supervisor CO Johnson provided me a list if students who passed the ServSafe Food Handler examination. Yesterday was the 410th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She will stay home to work on her embroidery project. GSW won their game against the San Antonio Spurs last night.
