It rained last night but it stopped around 3:00 AM. The walking trail was flooded but the basketball court was dry. The morning started out dark, the half moon was in mid sky, the wind was blowing around 10 MPH. The rabbits were grazing on the field and Labrona was grazing by the baseball field. As the dawn sky emerged, it was dense cloud over the Sierras, some stratus cumulus clouds in the Eastern sky, the half moon was in the mid sky amid some stratus cirrus clouds. The Western sky was dark blue with some sparse alto cirrus clouds. As the morning progressed, the alto clouds turned to cream color while the stratus clouds were light and dark gray. The rabbits left the field and Labrona was gone too. As the sun peeked over the stratus clouds, it started to burn off the alto cirrus clouds, it brightened the sky and warmed the air. Finished walking 6 miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 13 minutes and 57 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 20 seconds per mile (milla) or 50 seconds per lap (vuelta). Stretched at the basketball court until 8:00 AM. Attended Spanish class from 8:00 – 9:00 AM. Finished stretching after the class. Had some cookies, Cheezit, chips and apple for snacks. Census count at 10:00 AM. Lunch was served after the count. Luncheon menu: Scrambled eggs, biscuits with gravy, an apple, fries and water. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and she slept very well last night and only woke up once. It was sunny in the Bay Area but windy. She decided not to go to the baby shower for Francis’s sister, as she did not buy any presents for her. Called Doris at 10:40 AM: Doris is well rested. She walked 7652 steps, 18.1 Inches step length and symmetry was 78%. Yesterday was her 68th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She was outside in the backyard to checkout her tomato plants and the miniature tomatoes. I told her to go outside and walk in the sunshine but wear a jacket to keep warm. She aske what my plans were for today, I told her: i have already attended ACE Spanish class, Walked 6 Miles and stretched, I will host and attend ACE Classes tonight and catch up on my ACE Class reports. She won’t be going to Francis’s sister baby shower as she did not get any gifts for her. She says she only get excited when she visits me. The dogs are doing well, lazing on the couch. I told Doris that she should take bigger steps like she did yesterday, 18.1 Inches step length, she was able to take bigger steps without wobbling and it build her confidence. I told her if she keep taking bigger steps, her symmetry would go down too. She should keep doing it and her walking will be normal again soon. She will walk inside and close the ring again. I told her she could also watch the GSW replays as she did not watch them. I will call her tonight. Showered at 11:00 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Took a short nap. Went to library to work on my ACE Class report. The ACE Class Reports are coming handy as a validation for the ACE Classes I took because the CO in charge has not been entering the courses into the computer. So with my class reports I can prove to others that I completed the classes. Completed my ACE Class report on wills and trust. census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count.
