The morning started out dark, cloudy, hazy, breezy and cold – 44 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy, cloudy in the Southeastern horizon and scalloped clouds in Mid sky, The breeze made the temperature colder. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on, they were testing their vehicles. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the soccer field. The beautiful dawn sky was on display: band of orange yellow haze behind the clouds; analogous colors partially shielded by clouds: orange, yellow, light green, light blue, dark gray clouds and blue sky; the half moon was in mid sky at 10 o’clock. After breakfast no wildlife appeared, so inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it was shielded by the clouds but it brightened the sky and warmed the air. The birds appeared and feasted on food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. I walked on the soccer field trail. Completed walking 2 miles and jogged the final four miles at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 3 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 21 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The stretch and Yoga practiced felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky, shielded sun rise, scalloped clouds and the half moon in mid sky. Talked to Doris at 8:40 AM: Doris is well and rested. They are on their way, ETA is 10:45-11:00 AM. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:00 AM. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. She knows to park in the visitors parking area on 4/22/2025. I will look for them there. Pamela will be driving her on that day and will send me to the half way house. She wanted to bring some hot lunches for me. I suggested some pastries from Sheng Kee instead. She has learned a lot about who her real friends are after the last 22 months. There is no visitations in the Half way house. Request to go home will be granted on a cases by case basis. I will have to stay in the half way house for the first 72 hours, during which I can order food via Doordash and eat the meals in the lobby. I told her I still have to keep up with my work and responsibilities to prevent BOP from cutting my half way house time as happened to Tran whose half way house time was reduced from 12 months to 1 month after he was fired from the Dublin Orderly crew for insubordination. She will contact the library and Pinole senior center to inquire if they are still wanting my volunteer services. I told her I would like to work to help pay for our taxes.
