The morning started out dark, windy but cold with the wind. As the dawn sky emerged, there were thick cumulus clouds over the Sierras and more clouds blowing in from the Northwest, scattered cirrus clouds dotted the mid sky, the dark gray clouds with dark blue sky. The rabbits were grazing on the field and Labrona and her juvenile rabbits were grazing by the basketball court. As the morning progressed, the sky turned to blue and the clouds to gray, the clouds gradually grew brighter and lighter. The clouds on the path of the sun turned to lighter shade of gray and the edges were tinted with cream and white color. the Cirrus clouds in the mid sky were white grayish color, while the lower cirrus clouds were dark gray. As the sun emerged over the clouds, the lighter cirrus clouds were slowly burnt off first then the thicker clouds were slowly burnt off too. the sun brightened the sky, burnt off the cirrus clouds and warmed the air. All the rabbits left the field but Labrona and her rabbits were grazing by the basketball court. Completed 5.5 miles walk and jogged final half mile at 8:00 AM, in 1 hour 12 minutes. Average walking times were: 12 minutes per mile (milla) or 2 minutes per mile (vuelta). The pace was good as I worked up a sweat. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 8:30 AM, I had to roll my back with the roller to relieve some tightness, and the stretch felt good. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email form Doris: Doris is well and she had a good sleep after her walking. She walked 7833 steps, 15.1 Inches step length and 85% symmetry. Yester day was her 60th consecutive days of closing the ring. She will try to plan the tomatoes plants that they bought in the backyard before the rain. She will visit me tomorrow around 11:00 AM. I had some nutty bar, banana and donuts for snacks. Showered at 9:30 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Talked to Doris at 9:50 AM: Doris is well and had a goo sleep after walking. She walked 7833 steps, 15.1 inches step length, symmetry was 85%. Yesterday was the 60 th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She was waiting for Diana to come over to help her plant the Tomatoes plants. I told her to plant them where the sprinklers are located. Diana will probably come by after 1 PM, after running some errands. Doris told me that the sprinklers systems was already turned on last week by Francis. Doris fell asleep while watching the replay of the GSW / Grizzly game. Evidently, the walking tires her out so she sleeps better. She will try to walk inside as the weather is getting cold and it is supposed to rain. She will try to plant the Tomatoes plants before the rain and she will close the ring today. She will visit me tomorrow around 11:00 AM. I will call her tonight. Lunch was served at 10:15 AM. Luncheon menu: fried fish sandwich, macaroni and cheese, green beans, pudding and water.
