Woke up at 5:00 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 67 degrees F. Started walking at 6:00 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:10 AM. Breakfast menu: oatmeal, cake, milk, sugar, pear and water (Harina de avena, torta, leche, azucar, un pera y agua)

No call out for Dublin orderlies this morning. The morning started out dark, cloudy, breezy, hazy and cold – 47 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy, sparse clouds in Southeast and Western horizons, the breeze made the temperature colder. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood light turned on, they tested their vehicles pulling trailers the last couple of days. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while LaBrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. Early breakfast and no wildlife appeared after breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. The beautiful dawn sky was on display: band of orange reddish haze through the translucent clouds; analogous colors peeking over the Sierras filtered by the translucent clouds; red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue; the 1/2 moon was in mid sky at 10 o’clock. I walked on the soccer field trail. As the sun rise over the Sierras all I could see was a bright orange yellowish spot through the translucent clouds; clouds in the vicinity of the sun were peach, mauve, gray and white colors. Completed walking 2 miles and jogged the final 4 miles at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 12 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 22 minutes per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. Attended EBRR Class Anger Management 7:30-8:30 AM. Class let out at 8:30 AM. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court until 9:00 AM. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. It was cold when she let the dogs out. She will go shopping with Hortencia. Christina will drive her to visit me tomorrow 3/22/2025. ETA is 10:30-11:00 AM. She enjoyed the GSW victory over the Toronto Raptors last night. Unfortunately, Curry was injured, hopefully he won’t be out for too long. I will be busy with GED tutoring, GED Classes, and ACE Class reports. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM. Lunch was served at 10:10 AM. Luncheon menu: fish sandwich, spinach, corn, beans, bread, pear and water. Checked email form Doris at 10:30 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 9371 steps, 17.2 inches step length and symmetry was 8.5%. Yesterday was the 400th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She will visit me tomorrow 3/22/2025. Had a short nap. Educational supervisor entered all my ACE Classes into the computer. GED tutoring 12:00-1:30 PM. GED Class 1:30-2:30 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: nachos, ground meat, beans and carrot soup, salad and water. Submitted my ACE Class Report Culinary Art Part 2, Professional Chef. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
