The morning started out dark and cool, in the 50’s. The dark sky turned to analogous colors of: red, orange, yellow, light blue, blue to dark blue sky. The dawn sky got brighter and the analogous colors because more distinct and the plume of colors expanded. As the golden sphere emerged over the Sierras, the analogous colors turned to pastel colors and brighten the entire sky except for some blue sky in the western horizon. The sun lit up the sky and warmed the air. Labrona and its juvenile rabbits were grazing between the basketball court and the walking trail. Completed walking 5.5 miles and jogged the final half mile at 8:00 AM, in 1 hour 10 minutes and 50 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 49 seconds per mile(milla) or 1 minutes and 59 seconds per lap (vuelta). The pace was fast and I was sweating but it felt good. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 8:30 AM. Had a nutty bar, apples and chips for snacks. Fed the apple cores to Labrona and her rabbits. Check email form Doris: Doris is well and had a good night sleep as she did not wake up form 9:30 to 6:30 AM, hopefully all the walking help her sleep. She walked 8823 steps, 16.1 Inches step length and symmetry was 82%. Yesterday was the 55 th consecutive days she closed the ring on he iPhone. She enjoyed the GSW / Lakers game. She will be busy with her inventory and close the ring again today. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: Scrambled eggs, biscuits with gravy, fries, an apple and water. Talked to Doris at 9:45 AM: Doris is well and refreshed after a good night rest. She slept all through the night getting up at 6:30 AM. I too had a good night sleep waking up at 5:00 AM. She walked 8823 Steps, 16.1 Inches step length and symmetry was 82%. The walk tires her out and makes her sleep well. She enjoyed the GSW / Lakers game, especially after GSW won the game. I told her I slept all night through too because I walked and jogged 6 miles yesterday. I told her I walked this morning and fed Labrona and her juvenile rabbits. She said I have not practice Yoga for a while, I told her I will resume Yoga when the weather gets warmer. I told her I was trying to finish the ACE Class Report – Stress and Your Body Part 2, as it has a lot of useful information that pertains to both of us. We had to cut our conversation short because of Census count. Census count at 10:00 AM. Showered at 10:30 AM and changed to BOP uniform. had a short nap. Went to library to work on my ACE Class Report Stress and Your Body part 2. Finished the ACE Class Report and learned a lot from the report. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: roast beef, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, bread and water. Submitted my ACE Class Report – Stress and Your Body Part 2 to Prison Professor and Doris. ACE Classes – Geography – Italian Cities 5-5:30 PM and Oceanography 2 6-7 PM (Hosting).
