The morning started out dark, hazy, light fog, breezy, cloudy and cool – 51 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy, light fog with visibility of over 5 miles, cloudy in mid sky, light breeze made the temperature cooler, the full moon was in mid sky at 2 o’clock. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on, they tested their vehicles last night but were maintaining their equipment. Rabbits were grazing in the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the soccer field. I have not seen the predators dogs in the field for a few days, maybe the ASPCA had captured them as there were some news of stray dogs attacking family pets. The beautiful dawn sky was on display; band of red haze; analogous colors peeking over the Sierras; red , orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky; the full moon was in mid sky at 2 o’clock setting towards the West; and some sparse clouds were peach and yellow colors. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife appeared after breakfast. So inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. I walked on the soccer field trail. As the sky brightened, beautiful display of colorful sparse clouds in the sky and the full moon setting towards the West. The birds appeared around 7:15 AM and they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it illuminated the Sierras amid the haze, brightened the sky, moon was setting in the West and warmed the air. Completed walking 2 miles and jogged the final four miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 12 minutes and 6 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 1 second per mile or 2 minutes per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 9:00 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good in the warm sunshine. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and spectacular sun rise an the full moon. Opened my eyes to the sunny sky with some sparse clouds, but more clouds are rolling in from the West. Returned the Yoga mat to the exercise room. Talked to Doris at 9:10 AM: Doris is well and rested. She was busy cleaning the yard. She walked 10,856 steps, 15.2 inches step length and symmetry was 8.6%. Yesterday was the 395th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She did not get my journal last night. I told her the computer room was locked down, probably until next Friday because CO Cruz found some contraband in it. I won’t be able to submit my journal and reports until next week. Then I will have huge backlog of Journals and reports. She missed the GSW/New York Knicks game last night but she recorded the game, so she will enjoy the GSW victory today. She will be busy cleaning the house and work on her Easter Inventory. I will have a relaxing day and work on my ACE Class and book Reports. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: 2 fried eggs, pancake with syrup, fries, apple and water. Census count at 10:00 AM. Showered and changed to casual clothes at 10:15 AM. Had a short nap. Went to library to work on my ACE Class Report – Mastering Stage Presence. Completed ACE Class Report. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count.
