Woke up at 6:00 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up and changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for Today is 68 degrees F. Started walking at 7:00 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:30 AM. Breakfast menu: Grits, muffin, apple and water.

- Walk 6 Miles.

- ACE Classes – Geography Asia 5-5:30 PM and Oceanography 2 6-7 PM (Hosting).
Today is day light saving time – spring forward by on hour. Started walking at 7:00 AM but it was actually 6:00 AM. The dawn sky was already on display. The beautiful analogous colors on the path of the sun radiated out to the sky. There were some alto stratus clouds over the Sierras and across the sky. The beautiful display of brown, red, orange yellow, gold,light green, light blue , blue and dark blue sky was truncated by some strands of clouds. Lebron the rabbit was out by the basketball court grazing with two juvenile rabbits. Finished walking 6 miles at 8:20 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 2 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 49 seconds per mile (milla) or 1 minute and 59 seconds per lap (vuelta). The walking pace was fast. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. Attended Spanish class until 9:20 AM. Checked and replied to Doris’s email: Doris is well and rested. She walked 7896 steps, step length was 15.2 Inches and symmetry was 89%. yesterday was the 48 th consecutive days she has closed her ring on her iPhone. She had a good visitation. i told her about Lebron and the two juvenile rabbits at the basketball court. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: scrambled eggs, toast with syrup, fries, banana and water. Census count at 10:00 AM. Talked to Doris at 10:15 AM: Doris is well and rested. She enjoyed the visitation. She walked 7896 steps, 15.2 Inches step length and symmetry was 89%. Yesterday was the 48 th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. I told her about Lebron with two juvenile rabbits at the basketball court. She said I have to feed them more apple cores and suggested I changed the name Lebron to Lebrona. I told her I will host the Oceanography Class and attend a Geography Asia class, working on my class and book report. She will have a relaxing day but will close the ring today. She has to delete some GSW games on the DVR as it is out of space. Showered at 11:00 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Worked on ACE Class report at the library. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: Tacos, corn, rice, an apple and water. Went to library to work on my ACE Class report. ACE Classes Geography – Italy’s Cities – Venice 5-5:30 PM and Oceanography 2 6-7 PM (Hosting). Census count at 7:30 PM. Census count at 8:30 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
