The morning started out with the beautiful dawn sky with some stratus clouds over the Sierras and alto cirrus clouds in the sky. The analogous colors radiated out over the Sierras on the path of the sun. Th analogous colors ranged from: brown, red, orange, yellow, gold, light green, light blue, blue to dark blue sky. Lebron the rabbit was grazing by the basketball court, a few rabbits joined Lebron by the basketball court. As the morning grew lighter, the other rabbits left except Lebron. As the reddish orange sphere rises over the Sierras, some clouds near the sun was brightly illuminated with yellow and golden edges. The sun was partially shielded by the clouds but it was quickly burnt off. The bright sun lit up the sky and warmed the air. Walked 5.5 miles and jogged the final half mile. Completed the 6 miles walk at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 24 seconds. Average walking time were: 11 minutes and 53 seconds per mile (milla) or 1 minutes and 59 seconds per lap (vuelta). the walking pace was pretty fast and I worked up a sweat. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 8:20 AM. Spanish class was cancelled. Had apples, crackers and chocolates for snacks. Tried calling Doris at 9:10 AM but could not connect. Checked and replied to Doris email: Doris is well and had a good rest. She walked 9191 steps, 15.2 Inches step length and symmetry was down to 80%. Yesterday was the 47 th consecutive days she has closed the ring. She was tired after all the walking. She is looking forward to our visitation today. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: scrambled eggs, fries, pancake with syrup, banana and water. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:40 AM. Census count at 10:10 AM. Talked to Doris at 10:15 AM: Doris and Norma are on their way. They just passed Modesto,, their ETA is 11:15 AM, I told her I will be waiting for her at the visitation room. Doris arrived at 11:20 AM. Doris is well and walking better despite her legs are stiffed from sitting in the car. We had Dr Pepper, Cheddar Cheese potatoes chips, potato skin chips and Hershey chocolate bar for snacks. Alibaba wanted to add Doris as a wholesaler on their website. She asked me about it. I told her unless she has someone helping her with production, she should decline the offer, as she be busy, producing and shipping the products. She will be working day and night to keep up with demand. Furthermore, I told her we should value our health more than money. A good comparison is Kein, working day and night and his health is deteriorating. I told her she should concentrate on improving her health than to make extra money. She asked about the paperwork and information she needed for the income tax. I told her Sushma should be able to estimate it from last years taxes if she does not have them. Also we did not have any stock transactions. She can estimate the interest from last years returns. Doris has been monitoring my release date on the BOP website. She has scheduled to visit me on 3/23/2024. The gods are well but protective of their food. I told her we briefly met our new case manager Mr. Larsen. Diana’s daughter got home from Jamaica and Doris let Diana use her walker. She said yard work is hard. I told her she should do it more often to improve functionality of her hands and legs, it tires he rout, adds to her step total and strengthen her. I told her that I have noticed when she walks more than 8000 steps, she sleeps better. She should aim for 8000 steps. Norma will charge the same amount if Doris brings a friend to visitation. I told her I will call her tonight. We had good visitation and she left at 2:30 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after count. Dinner menu: Salisbury steak, corn, rice, bread and water.
