The morning started out dark, light breeze, hazy and cold – 39 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy and the light breeze made the temperature colder. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood light turned on. They tested their vehicles last night. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the soccer field. The beautiful dawn sky was on display; band of orange reddish haze; analogous colors radiating out of the suns path: orange reddish, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the big orange sphere illuminated the outline of the Sierras giving it depth, the orange sphere changed colors as it ascended through the haze: orange, yellow and bright yellow. After breakfast, the birds were waiting for their food from the inmates, they feasted on food from the inmates and foraged in the fields. I walked the trails on the soccer field. No inmates were on the trail this cold morning until the end of my walk. Completed walking 2 miles and jogged the final 4 miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 8 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 52 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 59 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced yoga at the basketball court until 9:00 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished the Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and colorful sun rise. Opened my eyes to the bright blue sky and the runway next to camp was flying their passenger plane. Called Doris at 9:00 AM but I could not connect with her. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:20 AM. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: tacos, rice, corn cheese, apple and water. I had ramen noodle with Mackerel instead. Census count at 10:00 AM. Check email from Doris at 10:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. She will be visiting me today and ETA is 10:30-11:00 AM. She walked 9373 steps, 15.8 inches step length and symmetry was 8.2%. Yesterday was the 387th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. The GSW are playing the Detroit Pistons tonight at 6:30 PM. Had a short nap. Doris arrived at visitation center at 10:30 AM: Doris is well and rested. Nick drove her to Atwater today and they were early. We had Dr. Pepper, potatoes chips, Hershey Chocolate bars and water for snacks. Social Security deducted and additional $200 from her check this month , part of the Medicare monthly deductions. They tried to raise her co pay for Dr Scott Lee so she will try to change her Health Care provider to Humana. I reminded her to check with Medicare for taxi service for doctor’s appointment, the open enrollment is in May. Nick checked all the vehicles and put some gasoline cleaners in the gas tanks to help the vehicles run better. She paid all the household bills. I told her the House Insurance bill is due in May. She told Diana that she will defer the decision to plant tomatoes to me since I will be out in the half way house in April. I told her I will have to stay in the Half Way House for 72 hours before they will let us out and she should not have any expectations that I might go home too soon. Joseph and Michael Santos wanted me to call them when I get to the half way house so they can pass some advice to me. She has been packing my clothing for the half way house. She also finished my cover letter, release plan, book report, EBRR and ACE Class reports. She compiled three set for me. She will bring them with her when she picks me up on 4/22/2025. She will park in the visitor parking area and I will look for them when they finished processing me from R and D. She is taking Nick to Dinner at Buttercup in Oakland and maybe detour to see the half way house after dinner. I told her AAPI will have a sushi roll dinner today sponsored by me. I told her that BOP will return all my commissary money in a debit card when I go to the half way house, not sure it they will give me $200 for travelling expenses. Some contractors have been by the house trying to sell her some home services. I toll her to turn them away and do not open the door for them as they might force their way into the house and rob her. Geok sent lots of pictures for Krystal and Mariam’s wedding and tea ceremony inn Melbourne. We had a very good visitation. She will have three more visitations before my release to the half way house. Doris left the visitation room at 2:25 PM. AAPI had the sushi roll dinner party at 2:50 PM. We had Tuna, Lupcheong and pork sushi rolls. I invited several guests to join us for the party. It was a very good dinner party. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: cheesy chicken, bread, corn, rice and water. I gave my dinner away. Found out that an inmate was caught with contraband in the visitation room and he was sent to the SHU. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at a10:00 PM.
