The morning started out with the call out for Dublin orderlies at 5:00 AM. They were headed out at 5:45 AM. The morning started out dark, hazy, breezy and cold – 41 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was clear except for some sparse clouds in the West, the light breeze made the temperature colder. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on. They tested their vehicles last night. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the soccer field. The dawn sky was on display; Band of orange reddish haze; analogous colors radiating out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife appeared after breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it illuminated the Sierras and it changed colors as it ascended through the haze: orange reddish, orange, yellow and bright yellow. Birds appeared around 6:50 AM, they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. I walked on the soccer field trail. Completed walking 2 miles and jogged the final 4 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 6 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 51 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 57 seconds per lap. The predator dogs were in the field chasing after rabbits and squirrels. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 9:00 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and spectacular sun rise. Opened my eyes to the clear blue sky. Called Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. It was cold in Pinole when she let the dogs out. She will get ready to visit me tomorrow 3/8/2025. Nick will drive her to Atwater and their ETA is 10:30-11:00 AM. She enjoyed the GSW victory over the Brooklyn Nets. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:20 AM. Checked email from Doris at 9:50 AM: Doris is well. She walked 9788 steps, 16.9 inches step length and symmetry was 8.1%. Yesterday was the 386th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She will visit me tomorrow and ETA is 10:30-11:00 AM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: fried fish sandwich, bread, macaroni and cheese, spinach, apple and water. We had to east in the dormitory in a to go Styrofoam container as the mass hall had a leak. Rickey delivered two can of Tuna for sushi rolls. Had a short nap. GED tutoring 12:00-1:30 PM. GED Class 1:30-2:30 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: spaghetti with marinara sauce and ground meat, spinach, salad, bread and water. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
