3/4/2024 Monday daily diary from Atwater Camp.
Woke up at 5:30 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up and changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather reports, high temperature for today is 56 degrees F. Started walking at 6:10 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:50 AM. Breakfast menu: Oatmeal, muffin, apple and water.

- Call Doris.
- Check email form Doris.
- Email daily dairy for 3/3/2024.
- Walk 6 Miles.
- Split Stretch.
- Quotations.
- ACE Classes – Beginning Real Estate 6:30 – 7:00 PM.
- GED/ ESL Tutoring 12:00 – 2:30 PM.
The morning started out dark but cool, in the high 40’s. the dawn sky quickly emerged. some stratus clouds over the Sierras, the clearing was bright red, with gray clouds, followed by deep blue sky and the half moon was visible at 11 o’clock in the sky, and some cirrus clouds in the Western sky. As the morning progressed the clearing over the Sierras turned to seafoam green. The top of the clouds were tinted with Peach color. before the sun emerged the clouds over the Sierras turned to orange gold and the sun ray radiated outwards on it path. The orange gold sphere was bright and illuminated the clouds on its path. Th sea foam green clearing was slowly covered by clouds moving in and the sun was shielded by the clouds. As the morning progressed a patch of fog rolled into the camp and quickly dissipated. Th morning turned cloudy except for a small patch in the Western sky. Finished walking 6 miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 Hour and 11 minutes. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 9 seconds per mile (milla) or 45 seconds per lap (vuelta), Stretched t the basketball court until 8:20 AM. The email / Computer room was reopened. Had some crackers, apples and chocolates for snacks. Showered at 9:00 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Sent out daily dairy for 3/3/2024. Lunch was served at 10:15 AM. Luncheon menu: Pizza, salad, green bean, apple and water. Talked to Doris at 10:25 AM: Doris is well, she closed the ring yesterday for the 42 nd days in a row. She walked 8251 steps, step length was 16.1 Inches and symmetry was 87%. I told her the email room was reopened. So I could email her. She told m eth weather was sunny but cold. She will do her walking indoors. OI told her I completed my walking today and stretching. I told her Lebron the rabbit was at the basketball court. She told me BOP updated my release date to September 3, 2026, a reduction of 15 days. Th next update should reduce it down to August 15, 2026. I told her I had 2 final examinations yesterday for my ACE Classes. I will be busy with ACE Class, GED/ ESL tutoring and catching up on my journal and submitting my ACE Class Reports. I will look forward to her email notifying me that she closed the ring again. She felt confident about closing the ring again tonight.
Exchanged 3 – 3X T Shirts for Robert Smith. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner Menu: Chicken fried rice, black beans, carrots and water. Emailed journal for 2/28, 2/29, 3/1, 3/2/24 to Prison professor and Doris. ACE Class Real Estate 6:30 – 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Census count at 8:30 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10;00 PM.
Today was a good day: Doris is well, she closed the ring again yesterday for the 42th consecutive days. She walked 8251 Steps, 16.1 Inches Step Length and symmetry was 875. Walked 6 Miles and split stretched. Attended ACE Class. GED/ ESL Tutoring went well.
