The morning started out with the dawn sky filled with dark clouds in the Eastern sky over the Sierras, and the Western sky. But the mid sky was clear and the half moon was bright. There were a few rabbits grazing on the field and Lebron was grazing by the basketball court. As the morning progressed, the clouds in the Eastern sky has its top illuminated in cream color whereas in the Western Sky, the underside of the clouds were lit up in yellow peach colors, the sky was blue and the half moon slowly faded away. All the rabbits in the field were gone, but Lebron was still grazing near the basketball court. The cloud started to move in and it started to drizzle. Went to Spanish lessons from 7:30 – 9:00 AM. The sky cleared up and I was able to finish my 6 miles walk at 9:30 AM, in 1 hour 10 minutes and 50 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 Minutes and 15 seconds per mile (milla) or 45 seconds per lap (vuelta). Lunch was served at 9:35 AM. Luncheon menu: sloppy Joe, buns, carrots, fries, banana and water. Census count at 10:00 AM. Talked to Doris at 10:20 AM: Doris is well and the dogs are well and are lazing on the couch under the blankets. It was raining and windy in the Bay Area. She closed the ring yesterday for the 40th consecutive days. She walked 7246 steps, 14.9 Inches step length and symmetry was 86%. She felt good and it is a routine for her to close the ring. She will increase the threshold to 7500 steps to close the ring in a few weeks. She still feels wobbly when she tries to walk in a straight line. I recommended that she use her quad cane to brace herself if she needs to. Kein called and his cholesterol was high as he has been on a carnivorous diet of red meat. Th doctor asked him to drink more water to compensate for lack of water intake by avoiding vegetables. I 880 was closed due to Diesel truck overturned. I told der i will try to catch up on my book and class reports and ACE Classes. She enjoyed the GSW / Raptors game last night. She will continue walking to close the ring again today. I told her Lebron the rabbit was at the basketball court today. She will visit me next week on 3/9/2024. I will try to call her tonight. Showered at 11:00 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Dinner menu: roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, beans and water. ACE Classes – Neuroscience 1 5-6 PM (Hosting) and US History 19th Century 6-6:30 PM. Talked to Doris at 6:40 PM: Doris is well, she just had her dinner and is cleaning up. On of our uncle in Malaysia passed away. I told her I received the card form Geok.
