The morning call out for Dublin Orderlies at 5:00 AM. They were headed out at 5:30 AM. The morning started out dark, sparse clouds, hazy and cool -48 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy, the long stretch of sparse clouds that stretched from South to the North and light breeze made the temperature nice. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were testing their vehicles. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the soccer field. The dawn sky was on display; band of red haze; analogous colors peeking over the Sierras: red, orange, yellow, seafoam green, light blue and dark blue sky and clouds near the suns path was peach color. Breakfast was served but some birds were already waiting for their food, inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the big red sphere illuminated the Sierras giving it depth, revealing 4 mountain ranges and the sun changed colors from red, orange, yellow and bright yellow as it ascended through the haze and beautiful colorful clouds all over the sky with peach and mauve colors. I walked the trails on the soccer and baseball fields Completed walking 2 miles and jogged the final 4 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 10 minutes and 24 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 44 seconds per mile or 1 minutes and 57 seconds per lap. John Liu and Jon delivered 6 bus bags for he deficiency from yesterday. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and colorful sun rise. Opened my eyes to the blue cloudy sky. The four predators dogs are back in the fields chasing after rabbits and squirrels. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM. Doris had an asthma attack last night but it was under control . I told her I worked until 11:30 PM to process the new inmates and went to bed at 12:00 AM.
