The morning call out for Dublin Orderlies at 5:00 AM.They were headed out at 5:30 AM. The morning started out dark, hazy, some sparse clouds, light breeze and cool – 48 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy, sparse clouds which extended from the Southern horizon to Mid sky and the breeze made the temperature cooler. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood light turned on and they were testing their vehicles. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The beautiful dawn sky was on display; band of orange reddish haze; analogous colors peeking over the Sierras: red, orange, yellow. light green, light blue and blue sky; it was a colorful display of clouds with colors ranging from: peach, yellow, pink and mauve colors. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife appeared after breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. The sky is getting brighter earlier. I walked the trails on the soccer field. The birds appeared around 6:50 AM, they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the big reddish orange sphere brightened the sky and it changed colors as it ascended through the haze: red, orange, yellow an bright yellow. Completed walking 2 miles and jogged the final 4 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 10 minutes and 52 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 49 seconds per mile or 1 minutes and 58 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and colorful sun rise and also the colorful dusk sky from yesterday. Opened my eyes to the blue sky with some sparse clouds. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is okay, she had an asthma attack last night. but she is feeling better after using the nebulizer and she has an appointment with Dr Jasmine Lee on Monday. She walked 9331 steps, 15.3 inches step length and symmetry was 15.6%. Yesterday was the 389th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She went shopping with Diana at the Hoka store. She will clean the yard and put the trash out for collection tomorrow. I will be busy with my GED tutoring, GED Class, ACE Classes and processing 10 new inmates to the camp. I told her The computer room is still lock downed. Hopefully they will reopen it by Monday. I will have a back log of journals and book reports. Shower and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM. Brought some cleaned uniforms to the sewing room. Lunch was served at 10:15 AM.. Luncheon menu: baked chicken, mixed vegetables, green beans, bread and water. Went to sewing room: repaired uniforms, sized and put away uniforms nd altered sweat pants for Luis. Went to the warehouse to secure inventory and bus bags for the 10 inmates and talked to CO Zaleski about my last working day is end of March. Two new inmates from the SHU arrived at the camp. John Liu delivered the bus bags to the sewing room. We processed the two inmates from the SHU. Counselor Reyes informed me that two inmates left this morning for RDAP.
