The morning call out for Dublin Orderlies at 5:00 AM. They were headed out at 5:40 AM. The morning started out dark, hazy, foggy, breezy and cool. The lower atmosphere was foggy with visibility of about 2 miles, the strong breeze made the temperature cooler. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were testing their vehicles. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. As the morning progressed the sky brightened and the fog started to thicken reducing the visibility to a 1/4 mile. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife appeared after breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basket ball court. I walked on the soccer and baseball field trails. The birds appeared around 7:00 AM and they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. The four predator dogs appeared and they were chasing after rabbits and squirrels. Several rabbits were running for their lives. Completed walking 2 miles and jogged the final four miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 58 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes per mile or 2 minutes per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The sun finally broke through the fog and the fog slowly dissipated at 8:10 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful sunset and very colorful clouds and the dusk sky. Opened my eyes to the blue sky with slight remnants of fog. Brought a couple loads of cleaned uniforms, blankets and sheets to the sewing room. Called Doris at 9:00 AM. Doris is well and rested. She walked 9191 steps, 17.5 inches step length and symmetry was 8.7%. Yesterday was the 387th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She was waiting to go shopping with Diana today. I told her I finished my Book Report on Traumatic Roots of Addiction but waiting to submit when the computer room reopens. I will be busy with GED Tutoring, GED Class and ACE Classes tonight. We were supposed to have a ServSafe Examination today but Education Manager CO Johnson did not show up for work. The examination will have to be rescheduled. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:20 AM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: chicken breast sandwich, rice beans, blue berry pie, salad and water. Went to sewing room: altered shirt for Lionel Chavez. Had a short nap. GED Tutoring 12:00-1:30 PM. GED Class 1:30-2:30 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: meat loaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, spinach, carrots, bread and water. ACE Classes Spanish 5:30-6:00 PM and Geography and Travel, China 6:00-6:30 PM. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
