The morning started out dark, hazy, sparse clouds and cool – 43 degrees F. Morning call out for Dublin orderlies at 5:00 AM and they were headed out at 5:45 AM. The lower atmosphere was hazy, sparse clouds above the Southeastern horizon and Northern horizon, the 1/2 moon was in mid sky at 11 o’clock and the breeze made the temperature cooler. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were testing their vehicles. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the soccer fields. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife appeared after breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. The beautiful dawn sky was on display; band of red haze; analogous colors peeking over the Sierras: red orange, yellow and light green; colorful clouds on the suns path with colors range: peach, orange, mauve and dark gray; the 1/2 moon was in mid sky. The birds appeared around 7:00 AM, they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the reddish orange sphere illuminated the Sierras and it changed colors as it ascended through the haze and it warmed the air. More clouds were rolling in. I walked on the soccer and baseball field trails. Completed walking 2 miles and jogged the final 4 miles at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 29 seconds. Average walking times: 11 minutes and 55 seconds per mile or 1 minutes and 59 seconds per lap. The EBRR Classes were rescheduled until 2:00 PM. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky, colorful clouds and the spectacular sun rise. Found out an inmate was caught using a cell phone in the computer room and they sent him to the SHU and lock downed the computer room. Camp manager Echeveste inspected the camp at 8:00 AM and left the camp at 8:20 AM. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:20 AM. Went to sewing room: brought some cleaned uniforms, fabricated towel curtains for Chris, exchanged 2-40X30 pants and 2 XL shirts for Lionel Chavez and exchanged 3 2XL T shirts for Adolfo. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: fried fish sandwich, bread, black beans, rice, banana and water. Had a short nap. GED tutoring 12:00-1:30 PM. GED Class 1:30-2:00 PM. EBRR Class 2:00-2:15 PM, to collect our certificates. CO Cota did not show up for the 2 o’clock classes and an alternate handed out some certificates. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of my certificates. I will have to file an electronic cop out to her to get my certificates. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: cheesy chicken, salad, carrots, bun and water. ACE Class American Oxycontin Crisis 5:30-6:00 PM. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.

Today was a good day despite the lockdown of the computer room and no EBRR certificates: Doris is well and rested. She walked 9462 steps, 15.3 inches step length and symmetry was 8.5%. Yesterday was the 383rd consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. Walked 6 miles, stretched, split stretched and practiced yoga. Good GED tutoring and GED class. Did not receive my EBRR Class certificates. Computer room was lock downed as they caught an inmate using his cell phone in the computer room. I have no way of contacting Doris until tomorrow when I can call her after they allocate the phone minutes to me.
