The morning started out dark, breezy, cloudy in mid sky and cool – 48 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was cloudy in the Southern horizon and clouds moving in from the North, hazy, the 1/2 moon in mid sky and light breeze made it cool. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on but they were not testing their vehicles. Rabbits were grazing by the fence near the basketball ball court. The beautiful dawn sky was on display: band of red haze, analogous colors radiating out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky, the 1/2 moon was in mid sky at 12 o’clock and the clouds on the suns path were mauve and peach colors. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife appeared so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it changed colors from red, orange, yellow to bright yellow as it ascended through the haze, it brightened the sky and warmed the air. I walked on the soccer and baseball fields trails. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 12 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 22 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. Went to Front Office at 7:50 AM. Made 20 sets of handouts – 7 Habits of highly effective people for Marques Young. Completed copying the handouts at 9:00 AM. Back to the dormitory at 9:10 AM. Cleaned the computer room. Started my laundry. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM. Checked email from Doris at 9:50 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 9376 steps, 17.3 inches step length and symmetry was 7.4%. Yesterday was the 382nd consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She was waiting for printer cartridge to print my reports. She will be busy with the yard work and cleaning out the Altar. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: baked chicken, sweet potatoes, green beans, bread, apple and water. The predators dogs were out in the fields hunting for rabbits and squirrels. Unfortunately, they were successful as I saw several remnants of rabbits and squirrels on my way to the front office. Had a short nap. Finished my laundry at 11:30 AM. GED Tutoring 12:00-1:30 PM and GED Class 1:30-2:30 PM. We had a town hall meeting with Counselor Reyes and Case Manager Mr Larsen at 3:00 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: 2 hot dogs, mixed vegetables, fries, buns and water. They had commissary for the Dublin orderlies. I did not get anything from the commissary. ACE class Mastering Stage Presence 6:00-6:30 PM. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
