Morning call out for Dublin orderlies at 5:00 AM. They were headed out by 5:30 AM. The morning started out dark, cloudy, hazy, breezy and cool – 50 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was cloudy except for clearing in the Southeast and in mid sky, the 1/2 moon was in mid sky amid the clouds. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were testing their vehicles. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. Breakfast was served early, no wildlife appeared after breakfast so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. The beautiful dawn sky was on display in the Southeastern clearing: band of red haze, analogous colors peeking over the Sierras, gray clouds of various shades and the 1/2 moon in mid sky amid the gray clouds. The birds appeared and feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. I walked the trail on the soccer field. Completed walking 2 miles and jogged 4 miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 50 seconds per mile or 1 minute and 59 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and the abrupt sun rise as it was shielded by the thick clouds. Opened my eyes to the cloudy sky. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email from Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. She received my mail with my Book, EBRR Class and ACE Class reports, also enclosed were several pictures. She did not have the file which she entered my previous reports. She walked 9406 steps, 16.5 Inches step length and symmetry was 6.8%. Yesterday was the 381st consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. Her eye appointment went well yesterday. Her swelling in her eyes have gone down and they increased the duration for injection. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: hamburger, salad, potatoes chips, apple and water. The pipe leak in the mass hall was fixed and reopened for dining. Had a short nap. Went to sewing room: shortened sweat pants for Vasquez, exchanged 2X jacket for Lionel Chavez and exchanged 5 2X T shirts for Gomez. GED Tutoring 12:00-1:30 PM. GED Class 1:30-2:30 PM. The sun came out at 1:00 PM and the clouds dissipated. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: spaghetti with marinara ground meat sauce, salad, bread and water. ACE Class The great Depression 5:30-6:00 PM and Abstract Mathematics 6:00-6:30 PM. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
