The morning started out dark, sparse clouds, hazy and cold – 37 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy, sparse cirrus clouds, the 3/4 moon was in mid sky at 2 o’clock. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were maintaining their equipment. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The beautiful dawn sky was on display; orange reddish band of haze, analogous colors radiated out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue an blue sky, the cirrus clouds were mauve and peach color and the 3/4 moon was in mid sky at 2 o’clock setting towards the West. After breakfast the birds feasted on food left by the inmates on the ground and they foraged in the fields. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the reddish orange sphere brightened the sky and changed colors as it ascended through the haze from red, orange, yellow to bright yellow. The moon was in mid sky moving towards the West. Completed walking 6 miles on the outdoor treadmill at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 12 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 22 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. Finished washing my blanket and sheets. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 9:00 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and the spectacular sun rise. Opened my eyes to the sunny sky. Talked to Doris at 8:05 AM: Doris is well and rested. It stopped raining in Pinole but it was still cold. She read my book report on Digital Economy.
